Principal transaction role

Koi Property Solutions LLC researches and acquires real estate as a principal. Research, communication, or evaluation does not mean Koi has agreed to acquire any property.

Routing labels and jurisdiction

Cleveland Houses, Nashville Luxury / Infill, and Wilson County Land are internal inquiry-routing labels. A selection helps Koi direct human review; it does not promise that Koi operates in, serves, or will pursue a transaction in that location.

Licensing, registration, advertising, wholesaling, consumer, and transaction requirements vary by jurisdiction and transaction structure. Availability and any potential transaction pathway must be evaluated case by case under the requirements that apply to that matter.

Property-specific terms control

Any potential transaction is subject to due diligence, title review, final written agreements, and applicable law. The relevant documents and required disclosures—not this website—would state the actual parties, role, price, timing, contingencies, and other terms.

Direct communications

Koi provides a public inquiry form, business email address, business telephone number, and business mailing address. Using any of them does not obligate Koi to make an offer, acquire property, provide funding, enter an agreement, or respond within a particular time.

The inquiry form has three separate, optional, unchecked permissions for non-marketing SMS, recurring marketing SMS, and calls that may use automated technology or a prerecorded, artificial, or AI-generated voice. The inquiry can be submitted with all three unselected. Providing a telephone number alone is not consent, and consent is not a condition of purchase or of submitting an inquiry.
